It's Friday morning
I'm sitting at my desk drinking coffee. That's not the sad part.
The sad part is my deep thought for the day so far was how easy it is to make geek terminology sound dirty..
"I want to recompile your kernel.."
"Boot me up, baby"
"That's a nice set of objects you have there.. can I optimize them?"
Somebody shoot me..

~somebody shoot me~
If I do, is there someone else available to maintain my blog?

hehe i love that train of thought tho!
what does "compile" mean to a non computer user? its any scene in an "adult" movie with more then 4 people
"have you cleaned your cookies today?"
"mind if i grep your box?"
"its been a while since i touched your ports"
"we can throw a few more packets on the firewall log and settle down for a nice night of fsck'ing"
"mind if i grep your cat" (obscure)
hehe i gotta stop
later! :)

Heh. That reminds me. When I fist came to Yahoo, my friend Josh and I would try to combine names of common unix commands and see if they sounded like super hero names. Our favorite was "greptar".
Well, we were stuck sharing a cube for a few weeks and we got bored once in a while. We hadn't yet begun to play foosball much.
