Mark Pilgrim has been continuing to dig into Safari and find more CSS bugs. Damn that boy is nothing if not prolific. Meanwhile, David Hyatt has been responding like a mad bastard to everyone it seems. BTW, I like the new look for his site. Cool beans.... [Read More]

Hmmm...at first glance it looks like something to build up Google pagerank or the like.

Went to Google and it's listed under their directory. Several sites have listed to the page. Here's the directory description: "Ook webdesigner, maar vooral weblog over zijn dagelijkse beslommeringen."

Odd. This appears to be an actual site. Useful to whom I do not know.

Er, that should be "Several sites have linked to the page."

And sound like Yoda I do. More coffee I must have.

Looks more like a very long list of weblogs...thats all I found when I clicked on some of the links.

^I agree. Just a list of people's weblogs. Maybe someone put it there for their convience or something...

kasia in a nutshell is a dainty little site where kasia cleverly uses proggramming language as a metaphor for life. Unlike Jeremy's site which goes on and on about Java for the sake of Java, benefitting noone since its so damned boring and useful only to a short uninteresting point.

When I followed the link I was freaked out because the only site in the list that was visible was *my site*, halfway down. "What web magic are they doing to make that happen?" I wondered. Then I realized that it was because "visited links" are light grey, and I have, you know, visited my own site. I still don't know who put up this site or why my site is on the list.

I was wondering what it was about as well. I've had some hits directed to my site from it so I checked it out. It's a long list of blogs...very nice...but why are they all invisible until you click on a link or select all. Interesting?
Love the question mark...

perhaps it's something like a list of urls that are spidered by a own robot in order to check for content-changes or to make searches in associated content or ???

I'm leaning towards a "list of blogs grabbed from weblogs.com or similar displayed on one page to have people guessing as to why a link to their page shows up on it."

It could just be an experiment in how long it takes for that site to be linked from most of the weblogs listed on it as a statistic-checking exercise.. That's actually most likely.
