Bless you for finding this! I had 120 attempts on my servers today looking for formmail.cgi. Sure beats the heck out of grepping the logs.

select remote_host from access_www_cfrq_net where request_uri like '%formmail%';
fed into a wrapper around iptables works for me :-)
