Oracle must be doing badly..
To put advertising in sqlplus quit message.
SQL> quit;
Disconnected from Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.1.0 - Production With the Partitioning, OLAP and Oracle Data Mining options JServer Release 9.2.0.1.0 - Production
I mean really.. we already bought it, we know what features it has, thanks though!
Comments

Probably the advertising will change later to promote the next release edition... and you'll not be able to quit until buying it! :)

In large, complex environments, this sort of information is invaluable as an "idiot check" for developers and (especially) implementers alike.
