knowledge vs research skills

It seems Jeremy and I are not the only ones who excel in ability to find information rather than stored knowledge..

Really, that's great.. all this time I thought I was alone with my dirty, little secret!

Personally, I think having the ability to find answers is better than having the ability to simply remember them. Is this the difference between intelligence and knowledge?

all the best developers have this same secret ;-)

I worship at the altar of Google too. ;) Memorization is overrated.

I feel better after reading this entry and Jeremy's one, happens to me all the time, "hey you know a lot!!" and I think to myself well thanks to google.
So let's light some more candles at the altar of google :)

It's great to see that I'm not the only developer with his 'secret' :-)

The 'information lookup skill' is a very important in today's world IMHO.

Luckily I've always had quite some talent for it since I learned to read ;-)
