Sandals in 50 degree weather -- not a good idea.

50 is fine.
20 is pushing it.
(I assume we're in Fahrenheit. Sandals are problematic in 50C weather too, but for rather different reasons...)

Yeah, I'm finally turning in my shorts for pants myself...
Better gear up for one of those heavy CT winters...
