Back in the Northeast
Weather extremes are fun. Left San Jose in 80 degree weather this morning to land in a snow storm in Hartford. Without a coat, of course, just a light jacket.
Now I'll have to catch up on a lot of things, but since my body is now adjusted to California time, it's suddenly really easy to stay up late.
For starters, I have some pictures from a glider ride (actually, two) with Jeremy which was a lot of fun. I also discovered I really need a gps thingy, no real reason, just because it's really cool. Not to mention I lost my Fry's virginity, met some cool people and discovered Napa Valley shuts down at 5pm. On a Saturday.
Why do vacations go by so fast?

It was way hot today. Then again it was a bit..well nevermind. Weather talk is depressing when you know the person on the other side is sitting at their desk in a heap like a popsicle furiously cranking up their heater. Maybe you can come here again sometime soon..
Of course, this is all a big evil plot to get the people that we know on the east coast to move west.
*ducks quickly to avoid flying objects coming from CT*
Glad you had fun here Kasia.. I sure had fun getting lost in Sunnyvale.. :)

Snow for the last three days of winter? Someone screwed up the calendar, I think. First trip to Fry's, eh? I still enjoy going to them (even the ones in new places like Washington) because there's something quite right in being able to buy loose RAM chips and TV's in the same place, but nothing will ever on-up my memory of the first Fry's in Sunnyvale... ah, to be a young geek in the early 90's!
