Well, they needed something else to talk about since there weren't any hurricane's this week and that earthquake was in one of those countries that most American's couldn't locate on a globe.
Besides, W. wants something else in the news.

I think that it might be quite serious. I would suggest that you stay clear of eating raw duck's blood pudding, for example. Inconvenient for sure. Here in Britain, some parrots had bird flu but we didn't eat them and they were in quarantine. It's quite widespread all over Europe. Health systems have been shown to be quite effective in some places in the case of Singapore and SARS, so who knows. Or do you think that quarantine methods are less effective in this case?
