People who microwave fish in an office...
.. especially a small one, should be forced to sit in a small room for an extended amount of hours smelling something they really dislike. Like, say, microwaved fish.

I work in an office of 15 people. One of my coworkers nukes some Tilapia every day.
Yesterday I had some revenge by nuking some shrimp. Far stinkier.

Ugh! We had an epidemic of popcorn burners at my last job. I've found that Indian food is the usually the best revenge. I love the stuff, yet most Americans seem to find the exotic smells revolting.
You can also take a crap in the bottom drawer of the fish-nuker's desk.
